SKD11是高耐磨韌性通用冷作模具鋼、高碳高鉻合金工具鋼和真空脫氣精煉鋼，鋼質(zhì)純淨(jìng)，具有淬透性好、淬火變形量小的良好淬硬性。該鋼經(jīng)球化退火軟化處理，可加工性良好，碳化物顆粒細(xì)小均勻，無(wú)須擔(dān)心淬火開裂強(qiáng)化元素鉬、釩的持殊加入。
高硬度、高耐磨共晶碳化物均勻，韌性好、不易開裂，淬火後硬度>62HRC。在525℃氮化處理時(shí)間為20h/30h/60h，氨化層深度0.25mm/0.30mm/0.35mm，零件表面硬度1250HV；在570℃氮化處理時(shí)間為2h，氮化層深度1020μm，零件表面硬度950HV。
